Reiki: Meet with Claudine Burke to engage in the practice of Reiki.  Reiki is an energy healing technique where gentle hand movements are utilized with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client’s body to reduce stress and promote healing.

Meditation: The practice of mindfulness meditation has well known benefits for sleep, stress management and overall health. Meet with Laura who will customize a meditation practice for you.
