We know when you are looking for help, time is of the essence. When you email, call or text us, our compassionate and caring intake workers, who are therapists themselves will book a call with you within the week, spend the time getting to know you and your needs, offer psychoeducation, and resources to guide you, and then formulate a customized and meaningful match with a therapist at Whole Heart who can see you within 1 week of your inquiry.

Daisy is a registered psychotherapist with over fifteen years of experience supporting children, youth, and families. Specializing in mental health challenges like anxiety and mood disorders, she uses a variety of approaches, including CBT and crisis intervention, tailored to each client’s needs. Daisy’s creative methods, such as mindfulness, art, and play, foster a trusting space for open expression and growth. With a strength-based, holistic approach, she emphasizes each individual’s worth. Daisy holds a diploma in Child and Youth Work, is certified in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and is registered with the Ontario College of Psychotherapy.

INTAKE THERAPY COORDINATOR AND SOCIAL WORKER
Nicole is a dedicated social worker with over fifteen years in child and adolescent mental health, serving in hospitals, schools, and group homes across the Greater Toronto Area. She offers mental health assessments, individual and family counseling, and parent coaching, using evidence-based methods personalized to each client. Emphasizing a client- and family-centered approach, Nicole draws on individuals’ innate strengths and resilience to support holistic wellness in mind, body, and spirit. Her expertise spans anxiety, depression, self-esteem, school-related issues, and emotional regulation. Nicole holds a Master’s in Social Work, certifications in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Attachment Theory, maintaining good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
