Care is tailored to your needs and may include lifestyle strategies, therapy recommendations and medication when appropriate.

How to get started

Cost

  • Mental health or ADHD assessment: $500 (22 and under) or $1,000 (23 and older)
  • Medication consultation, with a previous assessment report: $500
  • Follow-up: $100 for up to 30 minutes
  • Not covered by OHIP. Some benefit plans may cover nurse practitioner services, so check with your benefit provider.

Yes, when appropriate, including ongoing monitoring and adjustments.

I already have a diagnosis. Do I need a full assessment?

Not always. With a previous assessment report, you can book a medication consultation instead.

Are appointments virtual?

Yes, across Ontario, with in-person options where available.
