This service is designed for adolescents and young adults who may be experiencing symptoms of ADHD or are seeking clarity and direction

  • Standardized Rating Scales

    Evidence-based questionnaires used to assess ADHD symptoms across different settings

  • Comprehensive Psychiatric Consultation

    A detailed clinical assessment conducted by a psychiatrist or qualified clinician

  • Developmental & Academic History

    Review of academic performance, developmental background, and current functioning

  • Evaluation of Symptoms & Coexisting Conditions

    Screening for ADHD alongside anxiety, mood concerns, and other mental health factors

  • Functional Assessment

    Understanding how symptoms impact school, home, and social environments

  • Report & Treatment Recommendations

    A detailed report with clear next steps, shared with your referring provider

Psychoeducational assessments for learning disorders must be completed by a registered psychologist.

To help ensure a thorough and efficient assessment, we recommend bringing:
  • Report cards (including comments)
  • Any prior assessments or reports
  • A list of current medications
  • Completed rating scales (if provided)

After Your Assessment

Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed report outlining:
  • Assessment findings
  • Diagnostic clarification
  • Treatment recommendations
  • Medication options where appropriate
