Shannon Clarke is a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience supporting children, youth, and families across community, school, mental health, and hospital-based settings. She values the depth and meaning of the therapeutic relationship and strives to create inclusive, supportive spaces where individuals can safely explore, heal, and grow.

Shannon brings compassion, creativity, and a trauma-informed perspective to her work, drawing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She is committed to helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate their challenges and build emotional resilience.

Her areas of focus include life transitions, emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Shannon works collaboratively to help clients gain new insights, develop effective coping strategies, and reconnect with their sense of balance and well-being.

Shannon graduated with honours from the Child and Youth Worker program at Centennial College and later completed her Bachelor of Community Welfare through the University of Western Sydney. She is passionate about ongoing learning and regularly engages in training opportunities to deepen her clinical practice. Shannon is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
