Over the past four years, Sarah has supported youth, young adults, and families across a variety of social work and mental health settings. She has extensive experience helping families navigate conflict, and she also supports parents and caregivers of children and youth with exceptionalities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities.
Sarah works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, family conflict, emotional overwhelm, suicidal ideation and self-harm, and everyday life stressors. Her therapeutic style is compassionate, grounding, and collaborative creating a safe space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
