Daisy’s diverse background spanning schools, hospitals, residential programs, and community mental health settings shapes her holistic, trauma-informed approach. She works with concerns such as anxiety, depression, complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, and personality-related challenges. Daisy also has a special interest in supporting individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse and healing early attachment wounds. Her work focuses on rebuilding self-worth, strengthening emotional safety, and fostering healthier relationships.
She integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. When working with children, Daisy often uses creative therapeutic tools such as play, art, and storytelling to encourage emotional expression and trust.
As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Whole Heart Mental Health & Wellness, Daisy helped build a practice rooted in compassion, integrity, and whole-person care. Her experiences within the healthcare system inspired her vision for an integrated, one-stop hub where clients can access comprehensive support mind, body, and spirit under one roof.
Daisy is a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, pets, music, travel, reading, and meditative practices.
