Laura Mandell is a meditation and mindful exercise teacher who leads workshops and classes for adults and teens. Her approach is grounded, practical, and accessible designed especially for people who never believed meditation could work for them.

After spending her career in senior strategic marketing and communications roles, Laura found herself searching for effective tools to manage stress in high-pressure environments. In 2010, she discovered Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and completed intensive training based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn. She later completed her 200-hour Meditation Teacher Training Program, and since then has taught in workplaces, healthcare settings, private sessions, group classes, and virtual environments all while continuing to work in demanding full-time leadership roles.

Laura brings a deeply intuitive, compassionate, and realistic approach to meditation. She aims to help individuals tap into their inner calm amidst outer chaos, empowering them to build mindfulness skills that feel achievable and meaningful in everyday life.
