Kelly’s approach to therapy is flexible and client-centered. She recognizes that no single modality works for every person, and she draws from a range of evidence-based therapies to best meet each client’s unique needs. These include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based approaches, Trauma-Informed therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
Kelly completed her Master of Social Work at the University of Toronto and has since supported clients with a wide variety of emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. She strives to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
