Dr. Blacklock completed his Honours Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Ottawa, followed by his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Ottawa. He went on to complete his residency in Psychiatry at the University of Toronto.

He has experience working across a range of clinical settings, supporting adults with complex mood and anxiety presentations. Dr. Blacklock’s approach is thoughtful, structured, and grounded in current best practices, with a focus on helping individuals and their referring providers better understand diagnosis and treatment options.
