Elysia has extensive experience working with individuals and families facing mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, family conflict, parenting challenges, peer relationship difficulties, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and grief and loss. She uses a client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build new skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
