Chris began his therapeutic career at Youthdale Treatment Centres, where he discovered the Integra Mindfulness Martial Arts Program an experience that aligned perfectly with his passion for both mental health and martial arts. He went on to become a Sensei in the Young Warriors Program and the Mindfulness Martial Arts Program, using Dojo-based skills and strategies to help children manage big emotions, build self-awareness, and strengthen executive functioning.

Alongside his martial arts work, Chris also supported children and families through the SNAP Program as a Family and Child Worker, where he taught emotion regulation tools and parent management techniques. He later became a Senior Trainer and Community Facilitator, helping expand and implement the SNAP program across Canada.

Chris brings warmth, creativity, structure, and deep commitment to his work with children. He is passionate about helping young people build emotional regulation skills, work toward meaningful goals, and feel empowered in both therapy and everyday life. Chris is excited to begin seeing his own clients and to continue using his combined expertise in psychotherapy and martial arts to support children on their mental wellness journey.
