Bethany Zack, MSW

Social Work Student (Counselling & Psychotherapy Focus)
Bethany Zack (she/her) is a Master of Social Work student at the University of Windsor, where she is completing her clinical training to become a Registered Social Worker with a focus on counselling and psychotherapy. She also holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Toronto with a specialization in occupational and environmental health.

Bethany brings seven years of combined experience across healthcare, human services, community programs, research, and social policy. She has worked in mental health roles supporting both youth and adults, and has developed strong skills in bereavement support, group facilitation, and brief supportive counselling.

Bethany is trained in the theories and practices of Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and compassion-focused, prioritizing emotional safety and meaningful connection.

Bethany is passionate about supporting clients in navigating challenges, building coping skills, and deepening self-understanding as they work toward improved well-being.
