Meghan Joseph, MA, RP

Registered Psychotherapist
Meghan Joseph is a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts from Acadia University.

Meghan’s approach is grounded in humanistic therapy, where the therapeutic relationship itself is the foundation for healing and growth. She works collaboratively, using genuineness, empathy, and curiosity to understand each client’s lived experience and worldview. Her goal is to create a safe, warm space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they reconnect with their most authentic, empowered selves.

Meghan specializes in supporting teens, young adults, and families navigating emotional dysregulation, trauma, interpersonal conflict, self-esteem concerns, and challenges related to identity and sense of self. She brings a deep respect for her clients’ internal wisdom, believing that each person holds the capacity for meaningful change.

As an integrative therapist, Meghan draws from multiple therapeutic modalities and tailors her approach to the unique needs of each client. She blends theory and practice in a way that feels grounded, accessible, and relational. Many of the tools she teaches are practices she uses in her own life such as breathwork, cold plunging, and mindful time in nature which allows her work to feel both authentic and experiential.

Meghan is passionate about helping clients build emotional awareness, strengthen resilience, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection within themselves and their relationships.
