Sarah brings a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach to therapy. She creates a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, express their emotions, and work toward meaningful personal goals. Sarah believes deeply in the inherent strengths of every individual and views her role as helping clients identify and overcome barriers so they can move toward greater resilience, clarity, and well-being.
She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and has training in several evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Sarah tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs and integrates attachment-focused, strength-based, and trauma-informed principles into her work.
