Thiviyan Sithganesan is a clinical social worker with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. He is an open-minded, empathetic, and patient practitioner who works collaboratively with clients to help them shape their own therapeutic journey. His warm, grounded presence helps clients feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the process.

Thiviyan has a talent for explaining abstract therapeutic concepts in simple, relatable, and meaningful ways. He draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), integrating practical strategies and techniques that clients can apply in everyday situations. He is passionate about equipping individuals with skills that foster emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence.

Thiviyan earned his Master of Social Work from Western University and is registered in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and board games with friends.
