For the past six years, Sari has focused her work on eating disorder treatment across clinical, community, and private practice settings. She uses a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that emphasizes emotional safety, autonomy, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience.
Sari’s training integrates culinary knowledge, nutrition science, and therapeutic skills. She completed the Ontario College Certificate in Culinary Management, becoming a Certified Chef, followed by a post-graduate certificate in Food and Nutrition Management. She later completed the Nutritional Consulting Program with Alive Academy, earning the designations of Certified Nutritional Counsellor (CNC) and Registered Nutrition Consultant Practitioner (RNCP). Sari is registered with the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC).
She also has additional training in mindful eating, motivational interviewing, EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy for Eating Disorders), and 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming practices. Sari is dedicated to helping her clients develop sustainable, compassionate, and balanced approaches to food and wellness.
