Zoe Klein is a Registered Social Worker with seven years of experience supporting children and families through a wide range of emotional, developmental, and relational challenges. She is dedicated to helping families navigate life transitions with confidence, clarity, and connection.

Zoe has supported families in many different situations, including school-related difficulties, social challenges, sibling transitions, parenting decision-making, and emotional regulation concerns. She works collaboratively with parents and children to create supportive strategies that strengthen relationships and promote overall well-being.

Zoe integrates several evidence-based therapeutic approaches into her work, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Her approach is warm, empathetic, and grounded in the belief that every child and family has the capacity for growth and resilience.
