Social Worker
Jincy Joy is a Registered Social Worker with over eight years of counselling experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of ages and backgrounds. She brings a compassionate, strengths-based, and culturally informed approach to her work, helping clients move toward meaningful change and improved emotional well-being.

Jincy completed her Master’s degree in Social Work at Osmania University in India and completed further social work training at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). She is registered in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

Jincy provides therapy to individuals (ages 7+), couples, and families, integrating a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Systemic and Structural Family Therapy. She has a special interest in supporting teens, young adults, and families navigating communication challenges, emotional regulation, conflict, and life transitions.

With warmth and dedication, Jincy works collaboratively with her clients to help them clarify their goals, strengthen coping strategies, and move toward the outcomes they desire. She has experience supporting concerns related to anxiety, depression, grief, relationship stress, family dynamics, and everyday mental health challenges. Jincy is passionate about her work and is committed to providing thoughtful, client-centered care.
