Bridget has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and their families, including those navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, autism, gender diversity, personality-related challenges, and eating disorders. She has a particular interest in the relationship between sleep and mental health and is passionate about helping young people build daily routines that support emotional and cognitive well-being. Bridget believes that nutrition, physical activity, and time in nature are essential components of health, and she incorporates these values into her clinical practice.
Bridget completed her Master of Nursing and Paediatric Nurse Practitioner certification at the University of Toronto. Her nursing career began in adolescent medicine and inpatient psychiatry, and she has since worked in leading paediatric programs including eating disorder DBT services, paediatric sleep medicine, and medical psychiatry. Bridget is certified in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and CBT for insomnia (CBT-I). She provides psychotherapy, parent coaching, and family therapy, and is also certified in trauma-informed and restorative yoga practices.
Outside of work, Bridget enjoys time with her family and friends, practicing yoga, and caring for her beloved bunnies. She values movement, mindfulness, and the restorative power of nature.
