Anna is an honours graduate of the Child and Youth Work program and has pursued advanced training throughout her career, including specialized certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and extensive training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She also integrates Unified Protocol, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Strengths-Based approaches.
