Nicole’s work spans hospital programs including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services as well as school settings and group homes across the GTA. She is experienced in conducting mental health assessments, providing individual and family therapy, and offering parent coaching. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to each client, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities.
Rooted in a strengths-based, holistic perspective, Nicole supports the whole person mind, body, and spirit. She works collaboratively with clients to build resilience, enhance emotional regulation, and navigate life’s challenges. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, school difficulties, peer and family stressors, emotional dysregulation, and everyday stress.
Nicole holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor, a degree in Child and Youth Counselling, and a diploma in Child and Youth Care. She is registered in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She has completed specialized training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Attachment-based therapy, and mind-body modalities.
