He completed his Honours Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and Doctor of Medicine at the University of Ottawa, followed by residency training in psychiatry at the University of Toronto. He is certified as a specialist in psychiatry by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC).

Dr. Blacklock supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and other general mental health concerns. His approach is patient-centred, collaborative, and focused on helping clients gain clarity and direction through a comprehensive assessment.

His consultations emphasize diagnostic clarity and practical, personalized treatment recommendations that can be shared with a client’s primary care provider for ongoing support.
