Alex Papaconstantinou is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and somatic educator specializing in body-based approaches to trauma and nervous system regulation. Her work focuses on helping individuals who feel stuck in patterns of chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, shutdown, or physical tension. Through gentle somatic techniques, Alex helps clients develop greater body awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.
