Sanchin Mindful Martial Arts โ€“ In-Person Program

Empowering Children Through Martial Arts & Mindfulness

Is your child struggling to manage their emotions or behaviors? Many children experience challenges with self-regulation due to stress, anxiety, ADHD, depression, or past trauma.

Sanchin Mindful Martial Arts is a unique program that integrates Karate-based movement, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques, and mindfulness to help children develop emotional balance, self-discipline, and resilience.

What is Sanchin Martial Arts?
