A supportive martial arts program that helps children build emotional regulation, focus, confidence, and resilience through mindfulness, movement, and therapeutic skill-building.
Many children experience challenges with frustration, focus, and emotional regulation. Stress, anxiety, ADHD-related difficulties, or past experiences can make it harder for children to manage their emotions and reactions. Sanchin Mindful Martial Arts helps children build practical skills for emotional balance, self-discipline, and confidence in a supportive environment.
Sanchin Mindful Martial Arts is a children’s program that combines Karate-based movement, mindfulness practices, and CBT-informed strategies to support emotional regulation and personal growth. Through structured movement and guided reflection, children build focus, self-awareness, and confidence.
This program is offered in a small-group format that gives children the opportunity to learn through movement, repetition, reflection, and guided support
Parent participation may be included in portions of the program to support connection and reinforce skills at home.
Programs are offered periodically throughout the year. Families are encouraged to contact our team or join the waitlist to hear about upcoming groups.
