Is your child struggling to manage their emotions? Are you struggling with how best to cope and respond?
A child may have difficulty self-regulating their emotional responses for a variety of reasons. These may include stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD or the impact of trauma.
KidKalm was created to teach kids the skills they need to have a better understanding of their emotions and ultimately gain control over their emotional responses.

- Mindfulness techniques
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
- Grounding techniques
- Other strategies to help them better handle their emotions
Led by a trained Social Worker who has published children’s books on emotional regulation and mindfulness, KidKalm provides small group classes with personalized support through creative games that teach children the skills they need through fun activities.
Who should join:
Kids aged 9-12 who are who are struggling with managing their emotions will benefit by attaining new tools and strategies to help them better cope.

$80 per session, for 12 weeks
