Chris is also the creator of the Sanchin Martial Arts and Mental Health Program, a unique approach designed to help children connect their mind and body while building emotional regulation and confidence.
Sanchin, meaning β€œthe three battles: Mind, Body, and Spirit,” is a 12-week small-group program (4–6 children) tailored for ages 8–12.

This program is rooted in Goju Ryu Karate a discipline Chris has trained in for over 20 years with elements of Muay Thai incorporated to support physical engagement and self-awareness. Through this innovative approach, children learn to regulate emotions, improve focus, and build confidence in a supportive and structured environment.

Chris is known for his creativity and flexibility, tailoring his approach to meet the unique needs of each child and family. If this program feels like the right fit, we encourage you to reach out to learn more.
